Scheduling Your Service
A credit card is required to schedule your services. If you need to cancel or reschedule your services, we ask that you give as a 24 hr notice otherwise your card will be billed for the full amount of the service reserved.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out any paperwork that may be needed or time to prepare so that you may enjoy your treatment to the fullest extent.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your scheduled appointment. We kindly ask that you give us a 24 hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If no notice is given a 100% cancellation fee may be charged. All no-show appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled services. All standing appointments, group bookings and multiple service appointments require a credit card to guarantee your reservations. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of time on scheduled services and there will be no price adjustment. We reserve the right to ask for prepayment of your future scheduled services if the cancellation policy is not observed more than 2 times in one calendar year. If you are using a voucher or a Gift Certificate for your services, you will forfeit all or a part of your Gift Certificate as a result of untimely cancellation. To ensure prompt service appointments are always desirable; however, walk-ins are gladly accepted.
Mobile Phone Use
To maintain the serenity and relaxing atmosphere for our salon and spa clients we ask that you please refrain from the use of your mobile phone during your services. If you must make or receive a call, please ask and we can show you to a private area.
We love children. However for the relaxation of all of our clients we kindly ask that children not accompany you during your appointments. We do offer some appointments for children; please contact the front desk for age ranges.
Our services and treatments are in high demand on weeknights, weekends and holidays. We recommend making reservations in advance by either calling (414) 312-7947 or using our convenient 24/7 Online Booking. A valid credit card will be required to secure your reservation; however you may chose to pay using a different card or cash at check out.
Minimum age is 16 years. Guests ages 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult and a waiver must be signed.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Debit and Discover Cards are accepted.
**We do not accept personal checks.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or package and is solely at your discretion. Recommended and customary gratuity is between 15 and 20% of the full price of the service. Mandatory 18% gratuity will be added to all group reservations.
Please note that as of December 1st, 2017 we no longer accept Credit Card tips. Tip envelopes are available at the front desk or you may tip your service.
Problems with your service
We want you to love every services you receive at the Knick Salon and Spa! Your referral is the highest complement we could receive! Please let us know within 24 hours of of receiving any service if there are any issues. If you feel we have failed to provide the caliber of professional service upon which our reputation has been built, please advise us, and an appointment will be made at the earliest possible time to make any adjustments, with no additional charge to you.
Knick Salon and Spa employees and guests do not have a free access to the adjacent parking lot, although you may obtain a daily permit at the Hotel Front Desk. We recommend using a street parking which is for the most part readily available and is only a few steps away. If your services will take more than 2 hrs, we are here to assist you with the parking, so that you may relax during your services. We would gladly move your vehicle at the end of the 2 hr period.
